We use Secure Socket Layering (SSL), the industry-standard encryption technology that ensures safe Internet transmission of your personal information. When the letters "http" in the URL change to "https," the "s" indicates you are in a secure area employing SSL; also, your browser may give you a pop-up message that you're about to enter a secure area.

Our Privacy Policy

Ezorts respects each individual's right to personal privacy.  We will collect and use information through our Web site only in the ways disclosed in this statement.  This statement applies solely to information collected at Ezorts' Web site.

Part I.  Information Collection

Ezorts collects information through our Web site at several points.  From primary visitors who do not submit a form or voluntarily send information to us, we collect only your IP address for use in compiling web site visitor statistics. From visitors who do submit a form or voluntarily send us information, we may collect your name, address, phone number, e-mail address, birth date, drivers license number, and credit card information.

We may also collect personally identifiable information which our users divulge about other people, such as referrals or gift purchases. Ezorts does not actively market to children, and we never knowingly ask a child under 13 to divulge personal information.

We collect your name, address, e-mail address, credit card information, age, drivers license number and/or other personal information required to complete transactions voluntarily through contact forms, registration forms, and order forms. Other information we collect is optional.

To improve our Web site, we collect non-personal information about how users navigate through the site. We may share this information with our affiliates or other outside companies.

We do employ cookies. A cookie is a small text file that our Web server places on a user's computer hard drive to be a unique identifier. Cookies enable Ezorts to track usage patterns and deliver customized content to users.  Our cookies sometimes do not have an expiration date. Registered users will receive additional announcements from us about products, services, special deals, and a newsletter. Out of respect for the privacy of our users we present the option to not receive these types of communications.

The information we collect will be used to create customer profiles based on browsing or purchasing history.  We will supplement information collected at our Web site with data from other sources such as credit history to authorize purchases.

We may share data with third parties such as shipping companies and credit card companies who provide us with delivery, financial, promotional and data management services. These third parties are prohibited by our contract with them from sharing that information with anyone other than us or our other partners. Users may opt out of having their information shared with third parties.

Please be advised that information posted in forums, chats, guest books, or message boards on our site becomes public knowledge.

Users may contact us about inaccuracies they may find in their personal information by contacting us.  Users may delete their information from our database by contacting us. There may be a delay between the time you request that we delete you information and the time it is removed from all of our systems.
